Abstract: This paper analyzes the function and structure of SaaS, and describes the process to apply service, then puts forward a solution of SaaS based on operation and integrated service management, and analyzes the design of module and the relationship between modules in detail. Then the paper discusses the process of integrating services to the platform, sets a standard to apply service, and provides aviable option to implement SaaS platform.
